Delete your Circuit 41 account

Delete your account inside the app

1. Open Circuit 41.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to Circuit 41, email support@circuit40s.com with the subject line Circuit 41 Account Deletion Request.

Please include the email address or phone number linked to your Circuit 41 account so we can identify the account and review the request.

Data deleted where allowed

When an account deletion request is processed, Circuit 41 will delete or de-identify account data where deletion is legally and operationally allowed, including:

• Account profile information
• Saved addresses
• Shipment records linked to the account where deletion is legally or operationally allowed
• Uploaded documents where deletion is legally or operationally allowed
• Support records where deletion is legally or operationally allowed

Data that may be retained

Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud prevention, tax, payment, dispute, security, or operational compliance reasons.

Where records must be retained, they will be limited to what is required and kept only for as long as required.

Request handling

Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period. Some requests may require verification before action can be taken.

Account deletion is not always instant because some shipment, payment, security, or compliance records may need to be reviewed first.
