Who We Are
Circuit40s Limited ("Circuit 40s", "we", "us") operates the Circuit 41 mobile application and the support website at support.circuit40s.com. We are the data controller for personal information collected through these services.

Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and data generated through your use of Circuit 41:
- Account information — your name and email address, and phone number if you choose to provide it
- Delivery and shipment information — pickup and delivery addresses, shipment details, parcel contents, weights, and dimensions
- Uploaded files — documents, photos, and proofs you submit in connection with a shipment (e.g. packaging photos, delivery confirmations, customs documents)
- Payment information — card and billing details processed through Stripe; we do not store full card numbers ourselves
- Support messages — communications you send to us for help or dispute resolution
- Technical and log data — IP addresses, device type, app version, and usage logs necessary for security, fraud prevention, and service operation
How We Use Your Data
We use personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected:
- Creating and managing your account and enabling login
- Creating, processing, and coordinating shipments and parcel tracking
- Processing payments and issuing receipts
- Responding to support requests and resolving disputes
- Detecting and preventing fraud, misuse, and security incidents
- Meeting legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations
- Operating and improving our services
Third-Party Services
We work with the following third-party providers to operate Circuit 41. Each is bound by their own privacy terms:
- Supabase — authentication, database, file storage, and backend infrastructure
- Stripe — payment processing and card handling
- Apple / Google — sign-in services where you choose to use Sign in with Apple or Google
- Vercel — hosting for this support website
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
Certain operational records — including shipment records, payment history, uploaded documents, and communications — may be retained beyond account deletion where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or logistics record-keeping purposes. Where possible, retained records will be anonymised or minimised.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion from the Profile section inside the Circuit 41 app. Deleting your account will remove your personal profile and login credentials. Some operational records linked to completed shipments and payments may be retained or anonymised in line with the retention policy above.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion — request erasure of your personal data where no legal obligation requires us to keep it
- Objection — object to certain uses of your data
- Complaint — lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties
- We do not use your data for cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking
- We do not build advertising profiles based on your usage of Circuit 41
- We do not share your data with data brokers
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Circuit 41 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
